Members of the Center for Advanced Radio Sciences and Engineering (CARSE) at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez (UPRM), and SpectrumX, the U.S. National Science Foundation Spectrum Innovation Center, traveled to Italy this week to present their research.
CARSE students Jan Claudio, and Emmanuel Valentín-Hernández, and SpectrumX student Margarita Blandón, traveled together with CARSE professor Rafael Medina-Sánchez, and CARSE Director and SpectrumX Researcher Rafael Rodríguez-Solís to present four papers at the 2024 IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society International Symposium in Florence, Italy.

- Blandón’s paper, co-authored by Rodriguez-Solís, is titled “An Octave-Bandwidth Dual-Function Array.”
- Additionally, Rodriguez-Solís is also listed as a co-author of: “Ultra Wideband Antennae Elements on Non-Uniform Spaced Arrays.”
