From SPAWC: “For its 24th edition, the IEEE International Workshop on Signal Processing Advances in Wireless Communications (SPAWC) 2023 will be held in Shanghai, China. Shanghai is located on the southern estuary of the Yangtze River, with the Huangpu River flowing through it. Shanghai has a humid subtropical climate, with an average annual temperature around 15-16°C. The most pleasant seasons are generally spring, although changeable and often rainy, and autumn, which is usually sunny and dry. So come and enjoy SPAWC 2023 in autumn of Shanghai.”
